Cucumber Sprout Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Fresh cucumbers sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons organic hummus
  • 2 Tablespoons Sprouts
  • 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half

Instructions

  • Slice cucumbers in equal sizes.
  • Divide 2 Tablespoons of your favorite hummus between the cucumber slices
  • Divide 2 Tablespoons of your favorite sprouts between the cucumber/hummus rounds.
  • You can grow your own sprouts...it's simple! Or you can purchase them at your local health food grocery store.
