Broccoli Salad
This crunchy sweet and sour salad will keep for 3 days in your refrigerator and is an excellent source of many healthy nutrients. Its always popular at potlucks and picnics too!

Calories:
- 4 cups raw broccoli
- 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 2-3 fresh mandarin oranges peeled and sectioned
- 1/4 cup organic raisins or fresh grapes
- 1 fresh lemon 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 2 Tablespoons raw local honey
Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces
Add all ingredients
Stir well
Best when allowed to marinate at least an hour
Broccoli will reach a lightly steamed texture as it marinates
