Nice and Spicey Lime Marinade or Salad Dressing

A really yummy marinade, lightly spiced with a twist of lime. I love it for salad dressings too!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grapeseed or avocado oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Braggs Amino Acids or Wheat Free Tamari
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Lime juice
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (very garlicky)
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon organic chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt fine grind - can use Himalayan or Real Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white ground pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon raw local honey can use coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all together well, pour over meat and marinade for at least 1 hour to overnight. I like to make a double batch so it's always available for marinade or salad dressing.
